A Conversation

After putting all the toys away:

Me:  "You're just going to pull them all out again, aren't you?"

Nigel happily with wagging tail: "YEAH!"

 

Woman in just her slippers

Handing this nice woman her order I said, "We have to get you inside, it's too cold for just your slippers." She laughed and said she was in her "at home" clothes. It was a nice interaction, I did not expect the $15 tip.

A chubby squirrel did a cute, unnecessary, little hop in the middle of some branches, seemingly for the sheer joy of it

2. walked along beside it (the road),

3. got startled as my car drove beside her, and

4. ran.
